Your business, our consulting relationship, and all business interactions will be covered under legal agreements. An Operating Agreement, a Service Contract, and a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement and Privacy Agreement will all be signed prior to contracted work. This standard agreement can be supplemented by any privacy agreement drawn up by clients, pending review and negotiation.
